What is the timeline for semi-custom and custom work?
Semi-custom work begins as soon as an order is placed and can take anywhere between 2–5 weeks.
Custom invites require a contract with an agreed upon production schedule. We tend to work backwards from your wedding date and create a schedule that works best for you and your wedding timeline. Typically from beginning to end, it takes about 5–8 weeks before the final design is approved, printed, and shipped.
Does Merimoi Press offer digital files?
We like to work with all budgets and offer printer-ready digital PDFs in addition to printed invites. However, we strongly recommend printing through us as we make sure to use the highest quality paper and printers.
Can Merimoi Press provide a version without text?
Merimoi Press retains all rights to the preliminary and completed artwork. Unfortunately, due to our copyright policy we cannot provide you with a file of your artwork sans text and do not give permission to our clients to reuse or reprint the artwork other than for the originally intended purpose.
How much does custom stationery cost?
Each project is unique, which is why we ask our prospective clients to reach out to us for a custom quote. As soon as we learn more about what your stationery needs are, we'll send you an estimate within 24-48 hours.
Does Merimoi Press require a deposit?
Yes, for all custom work we do require a deposit amounting to half the anticipated order prior to beginning design. An invoice will be sent with the contract and timeline.
Does Merimoi Press offer other stationery items (i.e. places cards, menus, etc)?

How do I provide text and art direction for my semi-custom stationery?
At check-out there will be a text field to enter your stationery script and/or provide additional details about the customizable features for your order. If a reference photo is required, we will reach out to you directly requesting those details prior to beginning your order.
Will I see a digital version of my order before it prints and ships?
Yes, absolutely! We want our clients to be 100% happy with their order, which is why we offer digital proofs prior to printing. Your order will not go to print until it has received your stamp of approval.
